We are a high-in-demand and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients around the world.

We block out our studio and staff for two hours for every appointment, hence the need to collect a $250. booking fee to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients. The fee is fully refundable on the day of your session as long as you show for your appointment.

Rescheduling an appointment with less than two weeks notice will result in a loss of the booking fee. Booking fees on appointments rescheduled with more than two weeks notice are applied to the new appointment and will be refunded on the day of the appointment. The booking fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.
